I just returned from a one night stay at the Munkebjerg hotel. We didn't get to see alot of the hotel because the weather was very bad for our short stay. We stayed in a two room suite with to fold down beds for our kids and a separate king bed (two twin bed together) for us. The room was very large with two tv's and a dining area. It was clean but fairly worn and in need of some updating. The staff was very nice and we ate at a large buffet lunch which was terrific (although pricey about 40-50 dollars per person). We did not get to see the town because we had to leave early to catch our flight due to an ice storm. It looked like the hotel was doing some remodeling and I can not comment on the standard rooms. My biggest complaint is that you could hear people walking down the wooden staircase next to our room all night so it made it hard to sleep.
