Stayed one night in a nice but a bit small single room. Room was updated recently and had a double door towards the corridor. There was small desk and a tv. View from the room was nothing special. Good bed. Bathroom was absolutely clean and updated. Elevator is a bit slow. Breakfast was alright.

Currently under reconstruction as of September 2007. Used to be called Hotel Australia. Cab driver didn't know Godlden Tulip & had to ask around. No sign on the front, other than "Hotel". Available rooms are a bit shabby and need of update. Only single rooms have a view; double rooms look out to the street and are quite noisy. There are other hotels in the city that are comparably priced but offer a little more charm. The rooms here are a bit larger, so if you have kids, this might be okay. I was visiting relatives and stayed here for two nights because the rooms were bigger. They have a Legoland Package, but don't take it. Stay at the Legoland hotel (se did for two more nights) for a little more money and a lot better environment and food.

Non smoker room was ok, and internetconncetion too.
But the food was almost impossible to eat.
It was a conference and the room and vegetarian meals was ordered more than a month before my stay.
But even thow they had'ent prepared anything. The precouse was a last-minutes-panik-RAW-broccoli-salat. The main dish was left-over from the lunch mushroom pie.
The next day's lunch was like NOTHING. just various meet stuff. Asked, they cooked an omelet. Raw inside and burned outside.

So never ever go there if you dont eat meet.
