Very nice experience. There are no elevator, but rooms are nice and clean and staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is fine aswell.

Good location , very helpfull stuff , good meal. need a renovation

First off all the good about the Hotel Impala:
Very good location, clean rooms, friendly staff, but quit busy.
Fine and big room, for 2.
Then the not so good:
Old single beds, stand together just to like a dobble bed
Breakfast, bread, roles, butter , somthing to ut on, but served in a conferance room, with tables and chairs for conferance not good to eat with, every thing on the buffe, was without cooling.
refregater was not working and the staff told us, that the most of the refregater's was out of order.
Long wait time to get get warm water on 2. flor
No minibar, and no phone.

First the good:
* When approached the staff were very helpful
* While not in the centre of the town the hotel is set in very nice grounds
* The beds were comfortable
* The rooms were clean
* Breakfast was more than adequate (though if staying for longer than a couple of days a bit repetitious)

Now the rest:
* The rooms were not always serviced and when they were it was not uniform (ie all towels not regularly replaced, nor beds made);
* Rooms did not have tea/coffee making facilities or telephones (as advertised)
* The shower stall leaked
* The mini bar in our room needed to be defrosted and in a friends room there was no key to the mini bar
* The whole hotel desperately need an overhaul and repainting
* Windows need screens to stop mosquitos
* While the tariff includes breakfast there are no other meals available from the hotel.
