“Basic hotel, great location for Disney”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 January 2012

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over New Year. We didnt have any problems, staff seemed friendly, rooms were small but we were hardly in there apart from to sleep. No wardrobe space but again not really a problem for 3 nights. Breakfast was included but it was nothing special, just continental, ham, cheese, bread, fruit etc.
We didnt have an evening meal in hotel due to being at Disney, but the buffet did look ok.

Tips for Disney - Take drinks with you for kids, eat at the fast food places (prices are about service station prices) and use the free fastpass service.

Would stay in this hotel again - good base for the parks (15 min drive)

Room Tip: Ask for 2 rooms if more 3 people sharing

“well located for eurodisney”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 November 2011

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in late october ,it was included as part of a package tour to visit paris,we dropped people off at eurodisney each day, which seemed to be quite an easy journey, the railway staion for disney world is close to the hotel(as are many other hotels in torcy),also theres a big shop close by .
The hotel has theroom doorways on the outside of the building, with metal roller shutters on the windows, bedrooms are similar to premier inn, maybe not as big though ,but adequate, theres only bbc world news in english on the,but there is a kettle and plastic cups, but very light on teabags and milk though!.
Check in is not too bad,but no one shows you to your rooms, which can be difficult to locate, especially when you are tired after a long journey, breakfast time is allocated and is very regimental, but theres a fair choice and is buffet,ps;dont forget to use a tray or you will be told off!

“Three's a Crowd”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 July 2011

Not a bad hotel, and whilst better than many two-star hotels in some aspects, I came away from a four-night stay in July feeling dissatisfied. The chief issue is that the room I was allocated was simply to small for three people. I booked a room for three single beds, but this translated to two (admittedly very comfortable) beds with a pull-out bed for the third person to sleep effectively on the floor. With the space between the beds barely enough to walk between, it felt like the third guest was a cramped afterthought rather than a conscious effort by Campanile to accommodate three customers. Moreover, other than the provision of a third berth, there was insufficient evidence that providing for three effectively necessitates 50% more of what two people require (eg towels, cups, and coffee were for two not three).
The good points? Well, the hotel is certainly convenient (for the RER train, the motorways and Disney), it has plenty of free parking, has a good TV (though with only BBC World in english), is clean and well-maintained, has a good shower and comfortable public areas. But the lack of working WiFi, thin pillows, no hairdryer, lack of any drawers and insufficient hanging space for any more than a night's stay means that I can't recommend it.

“How the Staff changed when a problem arose !!!!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 April 2011

We had a very great welcome from the staff on reception when we arrived! Then when they tried to give us the price for our 2nd nights stay it all changed. We had rung that morning and booked an extra night, and was given the price of 68 euros..... they then said that price didn't exist and it was 89 euros!..... so there started a disagreement, we managed to get the room for 77 euros!.....
We then tried to connect to the internet! What a mistake, this was impossible in the room and only a 10% chance in reception. Many others were having the same troubles, the reaction from the staff was "Well its a big hotel!" What an awful disgrace, we had rooms to book further along our weeks holiday and with no internet or offer to help us book our rooms we left with not a very good impression of this Campanile !!! It's great as it's handy for Disneyland by train, but the service is awful!!!!......
