Absolutely amazing hotel, staff couldn't of been more helpful ! Bringing things to our room when we needed it no matter what the time! Cleaning our room everyday, and Disney land was just amazing in itself, except the 2 rides I went for being closed??

This hotel really is in the middle of nowhere. We thought the shuttle buses to Disneyland would make it ok, but we ran out of nappies and formula during our stay. We had to catch a train from Disneyland to buy supplies and this was quite an exercise with two little ones, so make sure you stock up before you go. We chose the hotel based on value for money and the lure of the family rooms. The bunk beds were a great hit and the kids loved the curtain around the bed. This also gave us grown ups a little privacy too. The hotel is great value for what you get, but it is isolated so if you have a car, it's definitely worth it.

We stayed at the Dream Castle at Disney Paris with my wife and 3 kids (all under 3) & the nanny. It was a perfect fit between visiting the Disney arks & their attractions and profiting from the excellent services of the hotel for both adults & children, the foyer of the hotel was like a mini amusement park in itself.

The room with connecting room for the nanny were large and really convenient and the hotel staff were more than welcoming for both children and adults - we will definitely visit again!!

We visited Disneyland Paris from 27 - 30 January 2012 and stayed at the above hotel. It was fairly quiet when we were there owing to time of year (I am guessing) although Disneyland itself was surprisingly very busy. Entrance and reception are quite impressive. Staff on reception very welcoming. Rooms were a decent size. We stayed in double family room ie 2 kingsize beds. My daughter and husband had room with kingsize bed and little bunkbeds although, with no children, they didn't need the bunks. Bunkbeds looked ideal for children up to age, say, 12. The room was clean and towels changed etc every day. Having read other reviews we decided to skip the 34 euro dinner but we were bed & breakfast anyway so can comment on breakfast. It was adequate although I wouldn't say 4 star. There was a hot selection of bacon, sausage, potato squares and very runny, rubbery scrambled egg. None of it looked very appetising. However, the cold buffet was nice with different meats, tomatoes, cheese etc, toast, croissants, jams. Cereal and fresh fruit were also on offer. There was enough to have a decent breakfast and a frog character wandered round one day waving at the children! Was not in pool but it looked quite small and could imagine it getting very busy in summer months. Jacuzzi looked good. There are various gaming machines about the place in the entrance and downstairs near pool there is a small room with more gaming machines in it. They take between one and 2 euros. If you have children who would be interested in that then have loads of change on hand. As mentioned in previous reviews, shuttlebus between Park and Hotel is a bonus. It is good and frequent but again, could imagine it getting very busy in summer months. All in, I would recommend this hotel. We got a good deal with Alpharooms and I think we got what we paid for. Would say more a 3 than 4 star though.
