“Good Hotel for School Groups”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

Recently returned from a 3 night stay at the Cheyenne as part of a group of 32. The rooms were warm, comfortable and clean. We were in block 11 which is a walk to reception, but you can get to the parks faster if you walk along the canal. The breakfast was fine with an adequate selection of bread, pastries, fruit, cereals and ham and cheese, so plently of choice for everyone. Just be prepared for how busy it is. Saying that even as a large group we got to sit together both times we ate there and serve ourselves within about 30mins. For 14Euros we booked in at Cafe Mickey for breakfast 1 morning, which was great as you can then get a cooked breakfast. We booked for the 8am sitting and it was quite quiet. We didnt eat in the hotel in the evening, instead we booked into various buffets at just under 30Euros each. Firstly at Billy Bobs Tex Mex, then the Sequio Lodge and finally at the New York Hotel. Yes drinks are expensive 3.30E to 4.30 E for soft drinks, but the food choice is broad and we managed to keep 29 teenagers happy with the selection. I would return

“Fantastic - My family loved it!!!!”

My brother, mum, dad and I stayed in Cheyenne for 2 nights and 3 days. If you like the sound of cowboylife - its definitly the place for you.

I stayed in Billy the kid and it was AMAZING. Each room have a T.V with over 20 channels, bunk beds, 1 king-sized bed, a fan light, a cowboy boot light, cowboy themed wallpaper and bed designs and different blocks.

I would say its a 15 minute walk to disneyland. I would recomend Annette's Diner and Rainforest Cafe - my parents say Rainforest Cafe do the best coffee ever!! Cafe Mickey looks fantastic but we didn't get time to go to it saddly because the tables were booked to late and my parents said me and my brother (brother is 4, I am 9) would be grumpy in the morning.

My whole family love big rides so my favourite rides were: crush's coaster, space mountain, aerosmith and Pirates Of The Caribbean. Most of the rides don't open until 10ish so that gives you time to look around the parks. Top tip: 'Its a small world' is great for little ones, toddlers etc.

Anyway, the breakfast food in Cheyenne is great, it was a buffet with all sorts of foods like cheese cubes, ham, toast and all sorts of yummy foods.

It was a bad time to come for childrens activities because the play-area wasn't open because it was freezing.

Room Tip: Billy The Kid block is centrally located and opposite Chuck-Wagon Cafe.

“Budget Hotel, Clean & Friendly”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

Just back from a 2 night Half Board stay here, combined with 3 days across both Parks, and the Disney Express luggage service.

I'll start by saying we were given this stay as a gift, but I know how much it cost so hopefully am still able to be objective.

The 'Hotel Cheyenne' is actually a collection of buildings more like a holiday park in the UK. With a central Reception, Bar, Shop and Dining hall. As the budget option for Disneyland Paris, I was prepared for basic, but it was clean and comfortable. It did look a little dated, but no more than a similar 10 year old Travelodge/Holiday Inn.

We found the breakfast OK, fresh pastries, rolls, ham, cheese, fruit salad, toast, cereals etc. A bit 'dining hall' feel, but again it is the budget option.

Bar was nice with good selection of beverages. In fact, on the whole everything was good to very good, including some well trained staff.

We didn't eat at the Hotel, but instead elected to use our Half Board Vouchers in one of the Disney Village outlets. For that reason I can't really comment on the evening food offerings.

A quick mention on the Express Luggage service, it works and gets you off the Train, straight into the Park. However, if there is any amount of delay and you end up arriving after 5.00pm, you might feel it is money wasted. Whether you could claim a refund in this event I'm not sure, but might be worth asking?

Overall, I'd use the Hotel Cheyenne again if I were planning an overnight stay at EuroDisney.

“Basic Hotel, but comfortable”

Visited this Hotel friday 3rd February til sunday 5th. Stayed in Butch Cassidy block, in room with a double and bunk beds.Room is small but adequate as you don't really spend any real time in there. Check-in very swift, (didn't use Disney Express), a short trip to the parks on the shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes. It was bitterly cold when we went, but the room was nice and warm. Breakfast was continental, there was plenty of rolls croissants, ham, cheese etc. The fruit juice was very good, not the normal weak stuff you get on buffet breakfasts. The only downer was the plastic plates. The bar was pleasant and the singer was excellent.
The luggage store was really good, we checked out at 8.00 and deposited the case in the store. You get a receipt for it and can collect when you are ready later. Very secure and a nice touch. It's a basic Hotel but more than adequate for a trip to the parks.
