This looked very promising. We wanted to stay at a hotel the night before going to Disneyland Paris and picked this based on its proximity to DP, the fact it was in a lovely village and the website photos (always a mistake!).
It turned out we were on the top floor (4 floors up) and had to walk up several flights of very narrow steps with 2 large suitcases and 2 small children to the 'family' room which we had booked.
The room consisted of one shabby double bed, one single bed pushed in one corner and a camp bed in another corner.
The carpet must have a been a recognisable colour once but now was a sad looking stained brownish threadbare affair, and the walls were in dire need of a lick of paint to brighten the room up.
The bathroom was clean enough though. There were several clean towels and the shower was quite powerful.
Breakfast was interesting; we walked in to find we were the only ones in the restaurant and that included staff. Not once did we see any other member of staff other than the receptionist!
Overall, the hotel itself wasn't too bad but the room was shabby and there was no staff attention at breakfast whatsoever.
