We stayed two nights in a two-bedroom apartment. While the location is very good (just down the road from Box Hill Hospital and Box Hill Central, these apartments are clearly showing their age. From an antiquated and frustratingly slow single elevator to stained carpets and dirty walls, these apartments have seen better days. The cleaners are doing an adequate job, but I shouldn't be finding other peoples' detritus under beds and tables. If anyone lost a can of deodorant in room 338, I found it under the bed. I also found the heavily discounted nightly rate to be quite expensive. $200 a night? Way out in the 'burbs? Yikes.
