We stayed a few weeks in the ground floor apartment 2 of the Pegasus Apparthotel in Grimbergen during October, November.

The location was rather good for us.

The Pegasus hotel management were friendly and flexible, If not as responsive as they could've been.

As the weather turned colder so did the apartment. Towards the end of our stay we were averaging between 16 and 17 degrees even with radiators on highest setting. Neither of 2 requests to fix led to a remedy. It could be that that particular ground floor apartment on the corner was colder than the others.

Kitchen area in living /dining room was good, fully-equipped with everything we needed in terms of appliances, utensils, plates, bowls etc.,

Bathroom was very cold. Mold build up in the ceiling corners. But otherwise adequate

Weekly cleaning service varied, some weeks very good, other weeks average. Sometimes toilet paper, sometime not. Wi-fi was weak and spotty (even on the strongest signal).
Too few laundry machines and dryers and they were located in another building altogether. Rather than wait and walk back and forth for hours checking for available machines (we did that once the first week) after that we just did our wash at a laundromat - much faster and easier.
We were told upon reception of the keys that, then advertised, jacuzzi was unavailable due to leaks.

Living / dining room was comfortable enough. A number of bulbs were not working
Finding a parking spot could be challenging if returning late in the evening.

Overall would recommend as a somewhat reasonably priced place to stay if staying for 3-4 weeks and if in Spring or early fall.
