The staff are very friendly and try to be helpful but that is the end of the good points for this hotel.
The hotel is located amongst industrial units in the middle of nowhere, with no shops or restaurants nearby which was unfortunate for me as the hotel stops serving food in the restuarant and offering room service at 10pm. The room was tiny with a tiny single bed, tiny bathroom all of which was dated and in need of refurbishment. There are also no tea or coffee facilities in the room so anybody checking in after 10pm will be hungry and thirsty. I absolutely will not be staying here again.

A fairly priced hotel offering a fair place to stay with nice staff. The hotel is a place to sleep in between trips. It offers airport transportation which takes less than 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

As others have said the hotel is dated, but the location is great for Arlanda airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, and complete buffet breakfast. The staff at the desk is friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurant is surprisingly good.

I stayed at the Park Inn for one night as a last resort because all hotels in Stockholm were fully booked.

The service of the staff was excellent and cannot fault it at all but the rooms and hotel were something else. The rooms are pretty much just a bed and a table with small shower room which was clean but very dated. The hotel carries the same dated theme throughout and is in dire need of modernisation.

I would recommend this for none other than a last minute overnight airport stay.
