A fairly priced hotel offering a fair place to stay with nice staff. The hotel is a place to sleep in between trips. It offers airport transportation which takes less than 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

As others have said the hotel is dated, but the location is great for Arlanda airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, and complete buffet breakfast. The staff at the desk is friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurant is surprisingly good.

I stayed at the Park Inn for one night as a last resort because all hotels in Stockholm were fully booked.

The service of the staff was excellent and cannot fault it at all but the rooms and hotel were something else. The rooms are pretty much just a bed and a table with small shower room which was clean but very dated. The hotel carries the same dated theme throughout and is in dire need of modernisation.

I would recommend this for none other than a last minute overnight airport stay.

STRENGHTS: Hmmm... acceptable reception staff
WEAKNESSES: Shuttle bus (Have to call to hotel from airport and ask- no schedule in the evening), Room standard below European 3 stars definitely- (Pay a little bit more for Radisson Arlandia for example), location ugly (industrial workshops nearby). Even forget about points for Club Carlson members. Very "old" and basic rooms however clean.
OVERALL: Of course it's acceptable for 1 night but for sure you'll find better option close to Arlanda Airport
