We chanced upon this B&B - it's about the last one on the road to the Aran Island ferries from Doolin. We cosidered it a key Find of our trip.
The owners treated us like cousins, and we had a great chat with them one evening. We enjoyed the huge and sunny living room and conservatory available for guests' use, and also enjoyed the location that was away fromt he commercial bustle of Lisdenvarna) and yet allowed short walk to local Doolin pubs (trad irish music) and local shops. Just a picturesque stroll (or short drive) to Aran Island Ferries, where we took the Inisheer Island trip that came back beneatht he Cliffs of Moher, and can highly recommend that). When I subsequwntly discovered I had left behind my rain jacket, Rita (owner of the B&B) kindly posted it to my cousin in Dublin - definitely a host to remember.
If I was returning tho the area, I'd defintiely tsay there again, but I'd book first (they have a webiste) , as they have only about 5 guest rooms.
