We arrive at about 3pm with the intention of checking in and then going walking on the Cliffs of Moher and then onto dinner. Anne Flanagan was less than welcoming. Her exact works were "Your early, do you hear me, your early." She did show us our room which wasn't yet cleaned.
We returned later that evening. By then the beds had been made, but it didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned from the previous occupants. There was a disgusting clump of hair rolling around in the shower drain. The shower also proved to be useless with only a drizzle of water from it.
The breakfast was nice, and Anne's daughter was far more welcoming. Although Anne seemed equally as intolerant of her American guests who admittedly did barge into the kitchen.
I certainly wouldn't recommend this guest house.
You should also note that the Cliffs of Moher has a 5 EUR parking charge and barriers prevent you from getting very far or too close to the edge. However the barriers were ignored by most people when the security guards wern't looking.
