My husband and I had an opportunity to stay at the Killeen House Bed & Breakfast this past May, 2010 and we are so glad that we did!! Marie made us feel at ease before we even stepped through the door. We communicated via email since my husband and I live in the US. Whenever I had a questions she responded very quickly. We were made to feel at home the moment we stepped into the bed & breakfast. Our room was great and the bed very comfortable. Anytime we had any question she was there to answer. I happen to blow my travel adapter and she happened to have one that she gave me! Marie gave us great tips on sites to see and the easiest way to get there. One evening it was raining and chilly when we came back from sightseeing. Marie lit a fire for us and served us tea & biscuits in the comfortable chairs in front of the fireplace. In the mornings she made us traditional Irish breakfast and it was delicious! We had a wonderful view of the charming backyard from the big bay window next to the table. The pictures don't do this bed & breakfast any justice! At night the lights on the trees get turned on and it's beautiful!

I would absolutely recommend the Killeen House Bed & Breakfast in Limerick! It is within driving distance to all the great tourist sites as well as the hidden treasures. We will absolutely stay at the Killeen house Bed & breakfast on our next visit to Ireland!
