We had the wedding of our dreams in Bantry House this September. Thank you so much Kate! The house and setting is like something out of a fairytale. The staff are fantastic and very accommodating. This is a dream location for a wedding or vow renewals. We all stayed over as well and the B&B accommodation is beautiful. The breakfast in the morning is the best in Ireland! This place is not to be missed!

This wonderful Country Manor House is situated in Bantry Bay in the South West of Ireland, has stunning seaviews and maginificent rambling gardens. The house is a museum, has a lovely tea room and the B&B in the other part of the house is a real luxury gem.
The beds are soft and wonderful and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Anything you can imagineof the highest quality. The rooms are tastefully furnished and theer are tea/coffee making facilities.
The service is excellent and the owners very charming!

The view from the 'Stairway to Heaven' is amazing. I loved the whole place and was reluctant to leave. My husband will trim the topiary and I shall bake the scones. Lovely rooms, clean bright and comfortable in the West wing of the house. We were left to enjoy our surroundings and felt at ease in this gorgeous setting. Breakfast was delightful with an array of choice available on the buffet table including cooked meats and local cheeses.
Enjoyed a lovely evening meal at the Fish Kitchen restaurant a short walk from the house into the centre which was small lively and run by a lovely couple. You will need to book. Enjoy!

It was a true pleasure to stay at Bantry house from the moment we arrived and were greeted by the owner personally. The family are both welcoming and charming and our room was delightful. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in in a long time and the elegant decor and well appointed en suite made our stay most comfortable. It was a pleasure to be able to spend the evening in the historic library but we also had the choice of the comfy snug with coal fire and adjoining snooker room and honesty bar.
