Stayed here the night before an extremely early flight and as I had stayed here a few years before I thought it would be ok. How wrong was I?! The first thing which is annoying is that you have to pay for parking. The next problem was that when we got into our room it was stifling and the heating is not something which the guest can regulate themselves which is ridiculous! I had to call receptiona and have somebody come and fix it. Then when we went to have dinner, we had to go to the bar as the restaurant wasn't open. When the waitress finally took our order it took about 45minutes for it to turn up, which was shocking seeing as the bar wasn't even busy.

The next time I have an early flight, I will stay further from the hotel and get the shuttle.

I stayed here with a couple friends while studying abroad in London. We wanted to go away for the Easter weekend and we didn't have a lot of money to do so. We decided on Shannon Ireland because of the price to fly and the price of this Airport Hotel.

If you are not going in expecting anything more than an AIRPORT hotel this is a great place. I stress the airport part about it because you can literally walk out of the airport and into the hotel.

Even with it being an airport hotel it is surprisingly quiet seeing as there is limited traffic at the Shannon airport. For traveling on the cheap it was perfect because there was a bus stop right at the airport where we could be pick up to link to any one of our more exciting destinations like Blarney or the Cliffs of Moher.

Tip: You probably know that South Ireland is a Catholic place, but it is REALLY catholic. Many if not most places are closed on Sunday especially EASTER Sunday. Fair warning. Thank goodness the hotel restaurant is pretty darn good!

Stayed here for an early morning flight. The reception staff were top class and very welcoming. The room was spotless.

Had food in the bar and it was very good.

A great place to stay if flying from Shannon.

Great if you are flying from Shannon Airport as it is on site about 100 feet from the airport. Not really somewhere to stay if you are holidaying in Ireland. Restaurant is permanently closed but you can get reasonable food in the bar.
