Fiona was a wonderful hostess. We felt very much at home.

After three selections of B&B were not available we tried Sea Breeze and what a find, just a short walk to town and great hospitality. If you would like to be part of the life of a Kinsale family for a few days Fiona will make you very welcome. Good food and comfortable rooms.

Stayed at Seabreeze with family in September 2010 for one night and also in the summer of 2004 (three nights). Fabulous location--steps from the main streets in Kinsale so you can leave your car all day and explore on foot. Fiona and her husband had great suggestions for restaurants and pubs, as well as some great sightseeing tips. Rooms are clean and spacious.

My sister and I stayed at The Sea Breeze for 3 nights. On check-in we met Fiona and her family and immediately knew we were in excellent hands. Fiona had reserved a table for us in the popular Fishy Fishy restaurant for our first evening and offered to call a taxi for us or drive us there, coming from London this was amazing! I'd heard about Irish breakfasts but Fiona's were gourmet and set us up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble, even my requests for a third cup of real coffee! She recommended many walks and local attractions. The B & B is a true family business and her three charming children took turns in waiting on.
