Reception staff not on the ball when we arrived. The price for what we got was shocking. The shower terrible. No hairdryer in the room or tea and coffee making facilities. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was nicely furnished and clean. Too expensive for us.

Stayed Thurs & Friday nite. Extremely nice staff and very accomodating. Lovely breakfast and clean basic rooms. For price paid great value for money. Good location also.

I recently had my hen party at The White Lady Hotel in Kinsale. The Girls and myself are still buzzing about the great weekend we had. I heard about this hotel from one of my friends who had her hen there last year and highly recommended the place. Kinsale is a beautiful town and with the good weather etc, everyone was in great form. The rooms were fab and I can highly recommend the cocktail school. The Malaysian barman was so funny and it was the perfect start to our evening. We went from the cocktail school to the restaurant and had a lovely meal, went from there to the bar where we had great crack with the owner and some of the staff.(by the way the barman downstairs was so hot!!!) We had the VIP area in the nightclub booked as part of our package so it was nice to have a spot for ourselves. A great night all under one roof, all laid on for us and everyone had a great night, one of the girls is getting married next year and we have booked back at the white lady already!!!

Rooms were great, spacious and clean & private parking on site.

On Saturday we had arranged for the Cocktail School we learnt loads and had some good laughs - WELL WORTH IT - to all you HEN nights.
Had dinner that evening in the hotel resturant food was excellent and value for money.
Niteclub that eveing there is a fab VIP area. Great DJ had us on the dance floor all night. Great atmosphere. Well worth the visit.

Over all - each and everyone of us are still talking about the White Lady Hotel and I would recommend you to stay - the service was amazing.
