I stayed at Anis Lousie Guest House for one night as a stop over. I was met by Martin and Lisa who were both very friendly and pleasant.

The room was very nice, very comfy with lovely en-suite, room had all the usual stuff plus more!! Car parking and WiFi was a real bonus.

Breakfast was really good, I like the fact that Martin was chatty at breakfast time (ask him if he has any unusual stories about any guests)!!

As a fellow guest house owner I would definitely recommend Anis Louise Guest House and certainly hope to stay there again.

Martin and Lisa were very welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy, and excellent value for £30 per night (a single bed room). Breakfast was typical English style.

Martin, Lisa and family are so welcoming. They can't do enough for you and are really helpful. It feels like a proper home from home. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and well finished. The location is central and only a short walk to the town centre. Martin's breakfast is fantastic, with an excellent choice. Martin and Lisa go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We will definitely recommend the Anis Louise to all our friends and family if they are visiting Chesterfield. We have stayed in a number of guest houses in Chesterfield, but this will be our first choice in future.

I stayed here for the second time recently for business, and I was really impressed both times. The rooms are spotless and elegantly furnished, Martin and Lisa are charming, and the breakfast was marvellous. The house is in an excellent location within an easy walk of the town centre, but quiet. I can't recommend it highly enough, and will certainly go back next time I'm in Chesterfield.
