We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this period farm house. We enjoyed the breakfasts in a relaxing breakfast room overlooking a delightful garden complete with summer house. We were made to feel very welcome by Carol. The only negatives were that the modern bathroom was "down the hall", although it was not a shared bathroom. This in itself did not worry us, but it may bother others. We also needed to remember to leave the key to our room otherwise the room was not able to be serviced; the key was large, ancient and therefore without duplicates.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hatt farm and had a wonderful time. The room was just what we needed. We felt very comfortable and at ease with our hostess, you felt that you could go to her with anything you needed and she would do what she could to help you. The grounds were also beautiful. A quiet, peaceful place to take early morning walks. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and were very close to so many villages in the Cotswold. Thank you Carol for wonderful memories!

My partner and I stayed at Hatt Farm for the weekend, was easy to find and received an extremely warm welcome upon arrival. Location was gorgeous, B&B is set away in beautiful surroundings with great views from the bedroom.
The rooms were very homely with extremely comfortable beds and guests have their own lounge area which makes it an easy place to truly relax in. Service was great and we were provided with a large cooked farmers breakfast in the morning with all the trimmings.
My partner and I had not arranged particular activities however Carol was most helpful suggesting several things to do and places to eat.
Lovely B&B with a relaxing atmosphere, not like some of the big 'industrial' type B&Bs. Would stay again, highly recommended. Could use the B&B as a base to see surrounding area's or as a place to escape and relax in.

Fantastic place, lovely farmhouse with brilliant views. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. People were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. But we had private areas so were able to really relax. Great real farmers breakfast too, but we didn't have to do all the farm work to deserve it! :-)
