“Fabulous stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012

We have just returned from a wkend in this hotel, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Me, my husband and our 2 year old stayed in a Junior Suite and my parents in a superior room (right opposite each other as requested). Both were fabulous. Really well decorated and very clean! The suite was huge!! We found ALL staff to be friendly and very child orientated. We all thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and again it was very child friendly. Ate in the coach house both evenings with absolutley no complaints. The breakfast was brilliant with every possible need catered for. All weekend my child drank juice and milk from smiling staff for free, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel, (I would say upgrade your room as I had a sneak peek through some other doors) and we hopefully will get the chance to return.

Room Tip: Junior suite was definitely worth the extra money

“Child-friendly hotel”

We upgraded to a Luxury room upon arrival (The Lotus Suite) and it was excellent. We were staying with our 15 month old child and the staff were so accommodating to him. It was no problem heating up his food, bottles etc. The staff in the Coach House where we ate were very friendly. The pool was fantastic and our child really enjoyed it. It is very clean and was relatively quiet on the two occasions we visited. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like a break away with their young family.

“This Hotel has a winning formula”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2012

This weekend my wife and I made a return trip and again stayed in one of the Luxury Suites (Orchid Suite room 150) in this very well run Hotel. The room was luxurious in every respect and has a brilliant view of the grounds. Staff were great during what seemed to be a very busy weekend and the whole atmosphere was warm and friendly. Dinner in Greens Resturant was first class as was breakfast. We can't recommend this Hotel highly enough and if you are thinking of visiitng the North Coast this year whether on holiday or for a short break then this Hotel should be at the top of your list. We too will be back!!!

“Relaxation on tap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2012

We have just been to Radisson Roe for the weekend. It was a christmas present from my partner. 2 nights bed and breakfast and evening meal.
We upgraded to a junior suite and it was worth the extra money. Hotel is out in the middle of no where so the relaxation bit is easy.
We had dinner in the Coach house on the first night which was lovely, when we went to pay the bill the manager had given us our wine free for the wait on our starter. We didnt really notice the wait was any longer than anywhere else we would dine in. Breakfast was usual buffet nothing special.
Second night we had dinner in the Green restaurant which was disappointing. I had a hair in my veg and it spoiled my meal. There was no manager that we could see, just young girls waitressing. They were very attentive but the hair was no big deal, just changed my plate and apologised. Such a contrast to the coach house management. Earlier in the day we had toasted snadwiches in the bar and because the waiter took our order down wrong again we got a free beverage. Nice touch.
We used the spa and it was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Lovely hotel set in lovely grounds and the local attractions where just a car drive away.
Hotel very busy all weekend, we had a lovely weekend but would not recommend the Green restaurant for dinner.

Room Tip: Corner suite was lovely, spacous and worth the exta few pounds. Very warm at night in the rooms but...

“What a Breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2012

Have stayed here several times now the staff are very pleasant, welcoming and helpful getting a place for my son to store his mountain bike during our stay. the décor could do with a tidy up but the rooms are clean and tidy. One of the high lights is the breakfast what a super selection and the wheaten bread ain't half bad either. Greens restaurant is excellent and the service matches up. There is plenty to do and you can hire bikes in the town at Roe Valley Cycles, excellent. there is a wonderful walk through the car park which takes you up the valley to a small cafe we found the food and service good here too. The Spa and leisure facilities are also very good sorry but golf ain't my strong point but the course looks good.
