“Creepy Place! I Ran away.....!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 February 2011

Because of the lack of Hotels in Portadown I thought of staying here through necessity more than anything else. When i arrived though it felt such a creepy, cold, run down hotel and i have to be honest and say I thought of the Bates Motel in the film Physco! I ran away without staying any longer other than to ask for directions to another Hotel!

“Staff are next to none can't do enough for you.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 February 2010

This was my first visit to this hotel, on entering I found it spacious and the staff very friendly. They adhere to your every need, they truely cannot do enough for you. The Hotel itself is situated in a quiet area so is perfect for that weekend break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. However if you do fancy that shopping trip it is close to both portadown and craigavon town centres where there is a wide range of shops to suit your every need. The rooms are spacious and the decor is soft on the eye. I would highly recommend the restraurant, the service is impecable and the food is always served well and there is a large range to choose from to suit every taste and dietary need. The prices are also quiet good and you do definately get the quality for your money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice break away or anyone looking to hold a confererance or group meeting as the rooms are spacious and can hold a large number of people comfortably. This hotel is a very good hotel and I would highly recommend it to my friends and others.

I am planning my wedding reception in this hotel in september, and I have to say that the service that I am recieving is second to none. Friendly , helpful staff that cannot do enough to ensure that my wedding will be just the way that I want it. Cannot praise this hotel enough.

“Good for a single night business tip”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 March 2009

Having arrived late & tired from a long day travelling we were made welcome by Bridget at the reception.
Later that evening & after the dining room was closed she willingly offered Sandwiches & chips for supper.
This was most welcome & the service was above & beyond the call of duty. The rest of the hotel was fine.
