went to the templeton hotel for lunch on sat the decor of the place was ok,not good just ok,most of the staff were very nice we were served by a polish girl who looked as if she did not want to be there, she got are drink order wrong and not once did she say sorry when i asked for another drink she just walked past me i also had to ask twice for the bill all i can say is that the girl needs to be re-trained,as for the food it was just ok nothing special,i will not be going back.

We had our wedding and the reception in the hotel and we had a lovely day, staff there on hand and foot to help and provide us with the first class service, our only problem was the day didnt seem long enough - we our heading back for our first year anniversary - cant wait, the bridal suite was lovely overlooking the water and everybody had a brilliant day, thanks to all the staff at the templeton and to samatha (duty manager) who we dealt with all the planning beforehand. Def no complaints here and will be recommending the hotel to friend and relatives!!!!

Had my work christmas party in the hotel and everything was excellent. The food was really tasty and piping hot. There was plenty of room at the table and in the function room so there was not the feeling of being shoe horned in like in belfast! There were lots of attentive staff who looked after both the food and drink and i only queued for a maximum of 3mins to get served drink. This was all supervised by the watchful eye of Lisa who kept her staff motivated and service with a smile. The band hired for the party were fantastic and the dance floor was never empty from the start to the end. Had my wedding here last year and i must say the high standards i experienced then from the templeton were still evident now. Thanks for a great night will probably be back next year!!

I recently had my after wedding party in the Templeton as I married in Cyprus. I have to say I found all the staff members that I dealt with extremely helpful and professional especially the manageress on duty and also Claire.
We went for the finger buffett and everyone commented on how nice the food was. We also organised the chocolate fountain through the hotel and it was a lovely treat for the guests. The room itself is beautiful and having looked around various hotels in the local area I really felt that the Templeton Hotel has the nicest room.
The night ran so smoothly and I would highly recommend this hotel for a function or wedding.
