Stayed here with my husband for 2 nights in November 2011. Warm welcome, and very comfortable, clean room.

Excellent breakfast, with good range of fresh fruit, a great selection of breads for toasting and good choice of cooked breakfast to choose from.

The guest house is ideally situated to walk into Skipton, for eating and shopping.

Stayed here with my husband for a romantic weekend. We booked the Executive Suite which was beautiful. Four Poster bed that was so comfy, separate lounge area with flat screen TV and a very large bathroom with both a bath and a large corner shower. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of food available and a pleasant room to eat it in. Location to the town was great and the staff were lovely. All in all a very pleasant stay and shall certainly return again. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

we booked 2 rooms for one night and everything lived up to our expectations. comfortable bedrooms, well equipped bathrooms and a comprehensive (with healthy choices!) breakfast menu.
conveniently situated close to the centre of town in a relatively quiet and calm location.

We spent 3 nights there, on Sept 2011. They were waiting for us at the door since our train arrived a bit late in the evening and gave us a very warm welcome, dinner recommendations included (which were brilliant, btw!).

The place is extremely clean and nothing is missed. We had a room in an attached cottage and we even had ceiling windows! The bathroom is totally reformed. Breakfasts are huge and you can choose between, well, nearly everything: toast, all kinds of jam, cereal, granola, fruit, yoghurt, full English breakfast, porridge...

Oh, and the maids are super quick. Some way, they managed to clean up our bedroom while we were having breakfast, so we would find it perfect when we returned to pick up the things for the day. And not just one time, but every single day we stayed there!

We would certainly repeat if we visited Skipton again. The only drawback, if I had to say one, is that it's a bit far away from the train station, specially if you travel with heavy luggage. But well, you could always hire a taxi. Totally worth it.
