This is probably the best B & B we have ever stayed at. Sue & Gari, our hosts, were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Immediately we arrived, we were offerred a cup of tea - this came with a choice of chocolate sponge, plain sponge and Bara Brith which is a Welsh tea bread.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very well decorated, with many interesting pictures on the walls, some of which were embroidered by Sue and her daughter. The pillows were very comfortable as was our bed. Sue had cooked cakes which she left in our room along with the tea, coffee and biscuits. There was a good selection of DVDs in the room. Also there were many varied toiletries in the bathrooom.
Breakfast was delicious with so many extras - fresh fruit as well as cereal, fruit juices, pancakes, Welsh cakes, raisin bread, hot rolls, toast, a full cooked breakfast, tea and /or coffee.
We had the use of our own lounge so were able to relax at the end of the day.
If ever you are in this part of North Wales, give 'The Willows' a try - you will certainly not be disappointed !
