Stayed with this chalet for a week and it was well organised and catered well for the 18 people staying their, its often said but they " really went out of their way" to give us a great time. Rachael was a demon cook and Matt & Oliver were diamonds and really "Nothing was to much trouble!" fantastic service and a big thumbs up to you all.
Top Tips; Room 1 was the only on suite and the standard of this room is great with a modern bathroom suite & Shower + plenty of storage for clothes.
My wife hurt her back on the first day- we had purchased 6 day all areas passes (£££££) which she could not use - ticket office offers an Insurance for such @ a few Euros ! I wish we had used this!!!! Maybe Sugar Mountain can get the Passes and insurance for you ?

Staff are really friendly and booking was very efficient. Food and rooms were spot on. Would certainly recommend and we intend to return ourselves.

really good service, great food, good location. chalet is very nice, most rooms share communal showers/toilets but overall good value accommodation with excellent service/staff/food.

The Chalet is perfectly situated with only a 5 minute walk into Morzine Town. You are provided with a free Shuttle service to any of the lifts and they will even pick you up in the eveining after a little apres ski. If you should want to go to the slopes at any other times then you just catch a bus right opposite the Chalet.

The Food was beyond expectations and both hosts and the owners friendly and welcoming. The Chalet is really well laid out with plenty of bathrooms and nicely decorated bedrooms and communal areas.

Morzine is the best place i have ever been to ski and will definately book book again with Sugar Mountain
