This was our third year in a row staying at The Petit Dru for our annual girls skiing weekend and it just gets better each year (returned on 16/1/12). Group of 11 girls of mixed abilities. We are now looking to book again for next year, we were thinking of going else where but there doesn't seem much point, as this hotel and the skiing area are brilliant. I am sure we would regret trying somewhere else. The hotel staff are really wonderful, so friendly and helpful and the same faces each year. The rooms are good very clean, and with a lovely view of the village, church bells haven't bothered us. It s very easy to get catch the ski bus to either Avoriaz or Morzine as the stop is right outside, and after skiing it is a pleasant 10 min walk into the centre of Morzine, you go out of the back of the hotel to walk into town, would recommend the Buddah Bar and one below it ( sorry can't remember the name) for apres ski. Lots of lovely shops to wander around also. Dinner was always of a good standard, soup, starter, fish or meat for main course and then a large sellection of dessert's and cheese. The waiters will accommodate fussy eaters, we had one girl who only wanted chicken each night and our waiter arranged this for her, they remembered her from the previous year!. The hotel even opened up the breakfast buffet early on our last day so that we could have something to eat before our mini bus collected us at 6.45am, this was so kind of them and sets this hotel apart from the rest I would say.
