What a fantastic gem of a hotel. Found this on the internet when searching generally for a hotel on our way back from south of france. We were a difficult family to cater for as we were travelling with Grandparents (1 disabled), teenagers, and an 8 year old!!. The hotel managed to fit our complex requirements easily. We arrived during a hot sunny afternoon when the town was buzzing with a street Brocante. The owner, who we later discovered was the Deputy Mayor, could not have been more helpful. He found us parking in the ttown hall/ police car park and then walked my disabled mother back to the hotel whilst we gathered children and luggage. The rooms were very beautiful and superbly decorated. The hotel had a very "shabby chic" look and just felt so relaxed and comfortable. The hotel is straight onto a pedestrian square full of restaurants and a church. No shortage of places to eat or drink (we ate at the restaurant that accompanies the grand hotel--- NOT recomended, orders wrong, very slow and food not good. Expensive) Souillac was lovely and we will definitly return.

We stayed one night at the Hotel Pavillons Saint Martin and were very pleased that we did. The hotel is ideally situated in the middle of this lovelly little town, on a pedestrianised square that has access to bistro restaurants and lots of cultural sites.

The hotel is a lovely old building and the Patron and his wife couldn't have made us feel more welcomed. We also felt that the stay represented great value for money.

What a pleasure to stay here. A real 'French' feel but with the benefit of English being spoken by our hosts. The hotel was situated in an atmospheric square offering restaurant, cafe etc. on the doorstep but was cool and peaceful inside. I couldn't get internet access but was kindly offered the use of the hotel computer.

We stayed here for one night and even though the rooms were clean the breakfast was the worst that either of us had had in a hotel, even for a continental buffet. The owners also had animals in the hotel which I am not a fan of. It is centrally located but I didn't think that Souillac is worth a visit compared to many other places in the region.
