We stayed in the Tip Top Hotel located in the subarbs of Reims, France and it was a jewel! It was new, the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, the bathroom was large and well equipped, it was quiet, and they had a fabulous and very reasonably priced breakfast buffet. We could not have done better on our own. But the best part was the hotel clerk who gave us more information than any TI representative we've encounter thus far! There was free parking available for our car as well. We had Wi-fi in our rooms, and the lobby was very nice if you wished to relax there. It was just a totally awesome place to stay and very reasonably priced. There are plenty of other eating options closeby so it's distance from the heart of Reims was not a problem, but it was easy to get into Reims due to the freeway close by. We would highly recommend this location both for the facilities and for the helpful staff to anyone traveling in the Reims area.

Reasonable hotel but not ideal when arriving late at night as nowhere to get any thing to eat or drink at the hotel or surrounding area. This is not the fault of the hotel however as we were on a bus tour and the tour company should have more sense than to put us in a hotel in a location like this! Comfotable beds, had to ask for extra pillow which arrived in seconds. Very clean room, reasonable breakfast which is served in the large foyer which was a bit surreal. Staff very pleasant, even waved the bus off when we left next morning, a nice touch!

we arrived at the Tip Top at the end of a 17 hour coach trip absolutely shattered only to find it had nothing to offer but a drinks and chocolate machine.The room had a cigarette smell to it which was quickly put right by very friendly member of staff with a can of air freshner.The hotel stands amongst a lot of other hotels and a Carrefour complex which may have been useful if we had arrived earlier. However the hotel makes no false promises about its location or its facilities.These problems really lay with our tour operato and not the hotel. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice and staff were helpful with our luggage etc for our early next day departure.The bedding and towels were clean though the rooms were a bit tired and the bathroom tiles had probably seen better days. However as an overnight stay the hotel was okay, a bit souless, but okay and well located for motorway access etc

Stayed for one night en route to Switzerland with partner and baby. Convenient for this kind of stop over owing to easy accessibility from auto-route. Location is not especially scenic however - in the midst of shopping centres, industrial estates and so on. Modern building, which makes a great deal of its eco-friendly credentials, sound proofing and so on. Reasonable welcome from staff. Room a little on the small side once a baby's cot erected in it, but fine for France. Also immaculately tidy and clean. No bar or restaurant, so we went out in the car to local hypermarket for provisions. Breakfast was ample and tasty, and a resonable price. We paid a shade under 100 euro for the room which was okay, though not exactly a bargain. Overall, a decent spot for a one night stop, though it is all a bit soulless and generic.
