On our way to Paris, we wanted a hotel close to the toll road for a good price.
The hotel is approx. 7 minutes from the toll road.
Parking is free of charge and in front of the hotel.
The room is a bit small with a plastic douche cabin, comparable to rooms in an Etap Hotel. it was very clean. The hotel itself seemed pretty new.
Check-in was late at night via a check-in machine outside; a receipt comes out with the room number and code to open the door. The room that we had was accessible outside (no need to enter the hotel reception).
In the morning, we checked-out by giving the the receipt to the reception. That's it. Simple and easy.
As we did not take breakfast, we cannot comment on this.
On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 7. Unfortunately I cannot give 3,5, therefore I rate it as 3.

“The lake was lovely and rooms were tiny”
After 4 weeks of traveling through Italy and then France, we really needed a good bed and this Premiere Classe was immaculate and the pillows and beds were very comfortable. If you are not familiar with this chain, please note that the rooms are tiny, about 18 inches around the bed and you have to leave the shower curtain open to have a shower. Luckily, we reserved a room for 3 (just my husband and me traveling) and were able to store the suitcases on the bunk that is over the bed. Honestly, for $50 a night in France is was not bad if you plan to be out and about all day. Tours is in the heart of the Loire Valley and with so many chateaux to see, we only crashed at night. The adjoining restaurant had good, inventive food and was average in price. I would not stay in this small a room for more than two nights because it is a little claustrophobic for me.
Room Tip: For 2 people, book a room for 3. Photos on web sites are accurate.
