The suite that we booked was listed for three adults, but on arrival the third bed was extremely uncomfortable. We questioned this and were told that it was not suitable for an adult. No alternative room was offered. I agree with the previous reviewer that the staff are extremely snooty, most complaints or even questions were dealt with by a shrug of the shoulders. Do not be fooled by the pictures of the spar, you have to pay a significant extra charge to use it and hotel guests only receive a discount of 10%. In my opinion if you want to use the spar it would be much better value to stay at the nearby Kyriad or Du Lac hotels.

The hotel is okay, clean and presentable but expensive for what it is,the staff are rather snooty and not that helpful. Breakfast is 12euros each and is not that great. Also, you have to pay to use the pool complex which is 25euro each per day or 12euro for 2 hours, as a hotel guest they are very pleased to offer you a 10%discount- big deal. However, the hotel is in a very nice quiet setting overlooking a lake, but so is the Kryiad next door which is half the price and you can still use the Calicio Pool complex., so if we visit that area again we will stay at the Kyriad. Do not expect american standards here.
