This hotel really is within walking distance of the airport although there are not sidewalks for a good part of the way. However, parking is free as is the internet service. We stayed our first night in Bordeaux as we arrived late at night and then returned a week later on the evening before our early morning flight out of Bordeaux because the rooms are clean and comfortable although quite small. The staff did not speak much English but unlike many in France they were very friendly and did their very best to make us feel welcome and helped us find restaurants, gas stations, and supermarkets (all are located within a few miles of the hotel). This hotel is a great option for business travelers on a budget. Public transportation to downtown runs right past the hotel.

After a day touring around the Dordogne we had to drop our son & girlfriend at the airport at 8pm and wanted somewhere nearby for us to stay. This was within 20mins walking distance of departures so ideal location. Not a large bedroom but it was fine for 1 night and most importantly clean and comfortable, which is the main thing for a stopover motel. Aircon was a major plus and at just €45 the room was value for money. Breakfast again fairly basic but only €6 so again value for money. As the Advert states "it does what it says on the tin"!
