The hotel has been upgraded in the lobby and breakfast area, but the rooms will not get an upgrade until next year. The rooms are outdated and very average. I had two maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly. Staff was very friendly. Great location for Panera Corporate offices.

We were there for a large group Halloween party, with an overnight stay, and a special large-group rate. The rooms were average, but had rust on the bath tub drain and lots of calcification on the drain handle. Befs and pillows were very comfy, and rooms were clean. The party room was average... The party food was not. We had about 200 people for the party, and had to practically fight to get food. The only choices were tasteless toasted ravioli and crab Rangoon. I went hungry, because the ravioli weren't very good, and I don't like crab. Other than the front counter personnel complaining that they couldn't fill more rooms ( we had 2 private floors) and joking with each other while we checked in, the stay was average/ok. Nothing horrible about the hotel... Which was an ok stay...Just wasnt too impressed with the banquet/party part. Would recommend for a short stay.

I have been to this hotel a total of three times and each time was a pleasant experience. The hotel is a bit old and outdated but nevertheless very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff always makes sure you have what you need and when you need it (even if you do not need your room cleaned). This hotel is currently being renovated and by next year, there will no longer be any smoking rooms (they only have 4 currently). This used to be a pet friendly hotel but they no longer accept pets since they are trying to make it an allergy free hotel so keep that in mind if you're traveling with a pet.

The room we stayed in was very nice for the price. It did not have a refrigerator or microwave (you can have them for an extra $20 per night). The bed was comfortable and the pillows came in both soft and firm so you could have your choice. The whole room was nice and clean and everything was in perfect working order. They have free WiFi throughout the hotel too.

The women and men at the front desk were very helpful and very kind! Every person that I spoke too was courteous.

The hotel does not have free breakfast but they do have a breakfast cafe attached called Clarice's Cafe. If you are a Priority Club member, you can get a 50% off coupon for the breakfast buffet but otherwise it's $9.95/person. The food was decent. They also have a restaurant attached called Mile 277 and they also provide room service. I did not try them so I cannot comment on them but the restaurant was always packed full so I'd imagine that the food would be delicious!

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. Once the renovation is complete, it will be even better. The hotel is in a prime location that is near many food places, shopping and other services. Definitely check this one out!!!
