Friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable room with well-appointed bathroom. Exceptionally clean and welcoming. Delicous food from the restaurant. Rather a strange drive in, but don't let that put you off.

What a suprise to find such a hidden gem,The whole experience was well worth the rather unusual approach from the road. Don't be put off, keep following the signs and you will find a beautiful setting and a very comfortable and friendly place to stay and eat.The bacon at breakfast was the best I have had in a very long time. We spent a very pleasent evening in the excellent restaurent,and our room was very comfortable, the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

I have just had a lovely three day stay at the Mill House Hotel. The setting is picturesque and very peaceful. The hotel is very clean and has good, unfussy furnishings and, unlike many hotels, had a good, clean carpet in the bedroom! The owners were helpful at all times and did everything they could to make the stay a happy one. The breakfast (I had the vegetarian full english option) was beautifully prepared, served hot and was filling. My friend and I had an evening meal on Wednesday that was equally well prepared and delicious. All in all it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable one night stay in this hotel whilst attending a two day meeting at Goodwood Racecourse. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant which was very reasonably priced. We would certainly stay there again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
