Stayed here for business for two nights recently in a single room for about $140 - quite expensive for a single, but this place is the only real choice in Tuggeranong. The advantage was the proximity to the Hyperdome shopping complex. Service was good and staff were reasonably helpful. Room was comfortable, and unlike other reviewers, I had no noise from others and had a good night's sleep. Had a meal in their restaurant, and a colleague and I were the only ones eating in there on a Saturday night at 8 pm. Food and drinks were adequate but a bit pricey (approx. $30 a main minimum), but I was concerned by the lack of other patrons. Had hoped to be able to utilise their advertised internet wireless service, but I could not get it to work, and the non-IT staff at the desk couldn't help me either. Very poor for a business customer. Would return, but would bring my own internet wireless connection and would eat out.

2 single beds pushed together to make a queen sized bed. Housekeeping knocked loudly on door at 9am (weren't due to leave room until 10am) which was the first day of day light saving and we had already lost an hour of time. Quite expensive at $197 for the night and for an hour less. Sleep was disturbed from people showering in rooms next door - the showers are very noisy.

The family room we occupied with our two adult children was quite comfortable. The main drawbacks were very sour and begrudging service from the solo bar attendant during a very quiet pre-dinner drink rendez-vous on the Saturday afternoon, and very poor quality and quantity of food for a normal Sunday morning breakfast. The chef could not produce decent soft-poached eggs for a la carte eggs Benedict and the buffet scrambled and fried eggs were terrible. This was in major contrast to our previuos visit.

The Sunday morning 1000 check-out queue was too much for one staff member.

Other than the bar attendant, the staff were pleasant but overworked, and the chef needs to ho back to kitchen school.

Ok to stay here, buy eat and drink elsewhere.

There was loud music coming

Stayed at Country Comfort Greenway with a bed and breakfast package. Our original room was dirty - stains on the headboard and outdated old television and furnishings. We had booked a Queen Bed and got two singles pushed together.
We went out and returned to the hotel at 11pm to ready ourselves for sleep, upon turning the lights out the smoke detector starting beeping every minute. A call to guest reception was quickly answered by the receptionist. Unfortunately the key to replace the battery could not be found and at midnight we had to swap rooms, not very restful at all. We ended up with only a few hours sleep after finally making ourselves comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was cold, they ran out of milk and took a long time to refill. Very basic frozen/thawed danishes and muffins which had failed to raise.
Overall a pretty poor experience - charged at a very high price. Would not recommend this hotel to others
