There is a parking available for customers and the service at the desk it was great.
The rooms are relatively big. We went with our 2 kids, and had plenty of space. Very clean rooms and batchrooms.
Breakfast is simple but they have a great bread. It only starts at 8am, which is a little bit late for us.
There is a chemist and a supermarket (Coop) just next to it, so very convenient specially when you have kids.
We were a little bit concerned abiut the comments of noise from the bar, but our room was far, so had no issues.
A couple of restaurants across the street.
We'll defenetly come back.

Stayed there between Christmas and New Year 2011 on a snowboarding holiday. On a sports holiday you expect good ski room facilities, a good warm hotel and generous meal portions: anything on top of that is a bonus. Well, on the bonus side the rooms were very large, so were the beds and each room had a balcony.
I addition, when required, the reception staff were very efficient in dealing with such things as printing boarding passes and booking taxis. One young member of staff in particular stands out as particularly helpful as she took great pains to ensure our stay was enjoyable - not always the case with a hotel chain.
Treat these people with respect and you will be assured a happy stay.

Diablerets itself is a lovely little town, very friendly people, great slopes for snowboarding, especially the glacier, and at christmas/ new year it is totally idyllic, like a picture from a chocolate box, and there are regular buses from outside the hotel to all the different skiing sections.
We had booked through the Diablerets site, we had a special package deal with ski passes, vouchers for sledging and half board. For 3 star the room was a bit shabby. No basics like a hairdryer, small scruffy table with chairs in the room, a sofa with dirty cushions and a very dusty disused kitchenette unit sat in the corner, but there was a tv, lovely shower and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good,with a selection of cereals, meat, cheese, yoghurt, tinned fruit and pastries, with a good choice in bread, but a disused toaster sat on top of the unit which would have been nice to have. The reception staff were a bit clueless, none of them seemed informed about our package deal, or how to use our vouchers, and in the end we had to go to the tourist office to get any usable information. The bar was nice and the staff were friendly, and fortunately the noise at night didn't bother us especially if you close the outside shutters. The evening meals were brilliant, as these were served in the Diablerets 4 star hotel which was only a short walk away. I found the staff there wonderful, always willing to translate the menu for us and the food was brilliant and as part of the package we could use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room at the Diablerets too.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would go back.

Hotel was ok,lacked basics like a hairdryer etc. And is more like a 2 star not 3.themain problem was it had a bar/disco in the middle of it. This kicked off at 11 and went on till 3am ,very noisy in and outside,with people trying to get into my room at 2am. We got no sleep and the management did not care at all. When we complained they said they new the problem but would not compensate us at all. We left early on Sunday,missed skiing and came home we were so shattered.
