My husband and i stayed there for a week skiing.
When we arrived the room they gave us had a kitchen and a sitting area, when we took a look at it and decided we could not stayed there, it was depressing, it reminded me of a cheap self catering apartment not a four star hotel.
After some discussion with the reception staff we were changed to a room on the first floor opposite the lift, as the room had a double door dividing the entrance from the hall and bathroom, this was not a problem. This room was better but as a standard room, nothing special.
The hotel was extremely quiet and lacking atmosphere.
The breakfast was only cold, hot breakfast's where available at a supplement. Dinner lacked choice, no buffets or speciality dinners, just a set menu, not bad but not fantastic, if you don't like what is available they would cook something else but as the menu wasn't in english we decided to go ahead and try the food on offer.
The pool was ok, the sauna was extra. You did get bathrobes in the room.
We saw a group of people being driven in the hotel van and we asked the driver (that spoke not english but was very friendly) where he was taking them. That was how we found out that he would take us to the chair lift on the other side of the resort connecting with Villars, we had already walk once and decided this was not worth it as it was across snow fields. The staff in reception never informed us of this possibility after asking where we could go skiing.
The staff in reception were not friendly at all.
After prompting we got the information that we needed but it was not forthcoming from them.
They did let us use their Internet as the local cafe had their system down.
The skiing was fantastic but the hotel disappointing.
