We stayed in the hotel for three nights whilst we went to the thermal baths and hiking in the area. The location is great, on the edge of the village centre so everything is easily accesible by foot, but it is quiet surrounding the hotel.
The room, although not with the most modern furnishings, was spotlessly clean and normal size for two people. The balcony was shared with other rooms on our side of the building and had great views to the mountains. Breakfast was great, a huge variety of bread to choose from, homemade jam, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, juice,... i.e. pretty much all you could ask for!
The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Not sure if they speak English though since we spoke to them in German. All in all a very relaxing and easy stay, if we go back to Leukerbad when ski season comes, we will stay there.

It would be desirable to thank owners of hotel for fine conditions which they create for the visitors:
exclusively clean and cozy numbers, tasty and wide-choice breakfasts.
Presence of a cozy bar, the free Internet was pleasant.

The most important thing is that owners paid great attention to us and rendered any necessary help all the time .
It would be always desirable to come back in such good hotel.

The hotel is extremely cozy and nice. The rooms are very clean and always prepared while one is eating brekfest (which was always good and offered very fresh and wide selection every day).There is everything one needs to have perfect quality time with family in this tiny town in Alpes. Also, the owners were extremely helpful organizing a diner for 24th for us in one of the restaurants (not that easy in that period). They also helped with organization of everything during the stay - tickets for the mountains, tickets to spa and New Year's Eve party. At the end we were driven to the bus station as we have had a lots of bags. Wonderful stay and quality time with no problems so we can only recommend this hotel.

We were there for a family vacation with family friends. We took 2 family rooms, The rooms were clean, rather small for a family room, but nice and warm with free wi-fi access. We were given a discount card for entrance to the Thermal water swimming pool.

We were there at Christmas time, the owners/staff/family were having christmas dinner but allowed us to use their lounge which was located just next to the dining area where they were.

Breakfast was rather simple to our liking, but still okay with the various selection of bread, cheese, jam, boiled eggs and 'charcuterie'. we were also offered nice hot coffee or tea.

After check out (11.00 am) we were still allowed to park our car infront of the hotel, so we can walk to the Thermal bath which was only 3 minutes away.
