I had a very unplesent stay at this hotel. I was put in a room that resembled a hostel instead of a Hilton hotel. The bed linen was old and the room was shabby and did not have a bath tub. I had requested a bath tube but they did not have one available. The manager is not very professional. He did not seem to want to hear about my complaints and continued working when I was asking him questions. I would not recommend this dreadful hotel to anyone.

A bit expensive hotel, but like everything else in Switzerland. Very good breakfast, spacious room with everything you need except maybe free WiFi internet. Special thanks for the shuttle service airport-hotel-airport, very saves time and nerves. Check-in / check-out procedure is simple and does not take much time.

Run by Hilton but don't be fooled by the name. This is not a Hilton. The bus service is shared with the main hotel and they simply do not run enough of them. They really should know better as this is the peek season in Switzerland. The staff were very unhelpful and it wasn't until I raised my voice that one of them finally rang the bus driver to get him to come and pick us up. The problem is that if you depend on this service you could end up missing your flight.
Breakfast was good but the staff need to check that certain items are not running out

Convenient free shuttle bus from airport. Large rooms, very clean, quiet. The Apart-Hotel has no restaurant but it is very close (300 m) to Hilton Hotel where the restaurant has good, reasonably priced food (with a moderate discount if you're staying at Hilton Apart-Hotel). There is an excellent buffet breakfast in the Apart-Hotel. Overall, there's nothing to complain. Yes, the Apart-Hotel is quite "aseptic" and lacks charm, but it is very practical and convenient if you just have to spend a night inbetween flighs in Zurich Airport. And the price is reasonable. Overall, very good value.
The only "but": it is not close (not at pleasant walking distance) to town or to any shopping areas. But we did not need that, we were there just to spend 1 night inbetween 2 trips. And the frequent shuttle takes you to Zurich airport for free where you have plenty of shops and the train station.
