This is the kind of hotel that normally I use when I travel for business.
It is in front of the airport terminal, but do not worry about noise from outside, no problem, you can sleep very fine.

The restaurant is very good, there is a cheap menu like buffet from 15€ aprox.

Good WIFI service, free of charge.

If in case, I will repeat, sure.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly! will came back again.

Stayed here in October for 2 nights. Shuttle service is good. Restaurant and breakfast is completely overpriced. Good and comfortable bar. The rooms are compact but comfortable, beds slightly hard. Tv is very unmodern, the minibar is slightly expensive. Noise from road disrupts the sleep. Check-in and check-out procedures are very slow and takes an awful lot of time. The tram station where you catch the tram to Zurich city is 5 minutes away. Staff is helpful but could use some training in guest care. Internet is not included in the room rate and is very expensive. For a business hotel it is surprising that Internet is not included in the room rate. Should you encounter any issues with the Internet service the hotel staff does not help you but directs you to their service provider Swisscom.

Having completed a business dinner in central Zurich and having to catch an early morning flight we decided to sleep near the airport, and selected, more or less at random, the NH. It's an OK hotel, but overpriced, even for the expensive Swiss standards! I got a free upgrade to an "executive" room (or something like this), thus getting better value. A large, clear room, but still a room overlooking a gray courtyard.The neighborhood is positively ugly, but one would not imagine "going out for a stroll". Breakfast is outrageously priced, and we refused it. A real rip-off. Shuttle to/from airport runs at 30 min intervals, hardly acceptable.
