This is my second time in Phenix hotel and I’m again extremely pleased with the service and everything. The cozy hotel has the best location of all, in a great area to be able to walk around and is surrounded by other restaurants and bars. Nice and spacious rooms with big balcony and great view of the mountain. Fantastic service. Staff are so helpful and warm.If I go Verbier the 3rd time, I"d certainly would want to stay at Phenix hotel.

I was booked to stay in the Phenix with my dad and brother for a week. Due to the UK flight chaos in December, they were not able to make it, and I had to leave early after only a few days of staying on my own. The hotel staff were friendly and very understanding of my situation, not charging me extra for leaving early, and in fact giving me a very good rate.

The hotel is by no means sleek and modern, but it is perfectly comfortable and clean. With all the crazy prices in Verbier, the Phenix is an excellent choice if you want somewhere central and friendly without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel alone in July for about a week to visit the Verbier Festival.
This is an absolutely nice recommendable hotel, in terms of a perfect location, friendly staffs, a comfortable nice room, and an incredibly reasonable price.
It is located within 1-10 minutes walk to almost every venue concerning the Festival, but at the same time at nicely discreet distant from the very centre of the busy spot.
But it takes only 1 minute to the centre, though.
The guy at the reception is very nice and friendly.
The room I stayed is a double room, which is pretty large, and has 2 closets and a clean bath room, with a huge balcony, from which you can see the Alps mountains.
There is a free comfortable Wi-Fi.
Even though they don't have a restaurant, they have good wine selections at the Cozy bar.
The price is absolutely reasonable. I guess this is one of the most costless in Verbier. But I saw no shortcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel, and am sure to stay here again.

Stayed here with two friends for a long ski weekend. Hotel is in the middle of the town, which is a great location. To get to the ski lift, it is best to take a short bus ride, otherwise you face a 10-15 min walk up a slight hill in ski boots. There are two bus stops in front of the hotel. The buses are about every 5 minutes which is no problem. Coming back from the ski lift however, you usually wait a bit longer in order to catch the right bus.

The hotel has a convenient ski room and garage on the ground floor with elevator to the room. Breakfast was good. You are max five min walk from the restaurants, Farm Club, etc. Beds are a little too soft, and the mattresses seemed a bit old. Bathroom was basic, great water pressure, and the room was a decent size, even for three people. The service was prompt and friendly. Free WIFI.

In terms of nightlife, recommend the Farinet lounge bar after dinner and then the Farm club. La Rouge has a fun after ski as well as the bar in the Farinet with the live band and roof that opens periodically to aerate the smell of sweaty apres skiers. We had a great Raclette at the place across from the Farinet, but it is best to make a reservation as it books up on the weekend. Be sure to bring a lot of cash, as the bartender once said after charging 15 francs for a sparkling water, "welcome to Verbier"!
