Ulf is a very good and helpful host. Good breakfast with meat, eggs, bread, cheese, cereal etc...settting you up well for the day. Clean functional rooms and relaxing wellness. Nice early updates on snow conditions at breakfast, with lift status and road conditions. Very good value, especially for Switzerland where prices can be eye-watering elsewhere. This was our second trip to the hotel and would return again.

The one issue I always have with Saas-Fee (not directed at the hotel) is that the lift company shut down their operations at the slightest sign of bad weather....

We came to the Hotel Marmotte sight unseen, and were delighted with our 8 night stay. There were 7 in our party, and I think everyone shared our enthusiasm. The staff was anxious to please, and were helpful in answering all of our questions, as well as making suggestions about hikes, etc.

The food was very good, especially the breakfasts, and the soups at dinner. Our room's carpeting was in need of replacement, but other than that minor complaint, we were incredibly well taken of. Our best compliment to the hotel: We all plan to return!

The hotel is in a perfect location, very calm, nice view. Everybody was very nice, at the restaurant our children could have a special menu and the spa was a good experience. Moreover the "ALL INCLUSIVE offer" with the tickets included was perfect for us.

The staff were wonderful, attentive and helped in every way they possibly could! The hotel was clean, cute and perfect. It was quiet and had spectacular views of the Alps. The food was excellent-especially breakfast!
