I have just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, fantastic food and a wonderful spa area. Highly recommended.
I stay in loads of hotels and cannot understand the negative comments. This is a super place and I certainly intend to return!

A very pleasant surprise! Excellant accomodation,beautifully decorated.Very clean and comfortable.From the moment of check-in you feel very welcome.The management should be very proud of all it's employees.Also,the trips on the cable cars were excellant. The entire village is a pleasure to walk through.Beautiful flowers on all balconies etc.

I enjoyed my vacation, all hotel staff were very heopful with any request. The room was very comfortable and the fine bed. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and the dinner was very delicious, it was a little bit spicy with fantastic taste like Thai food I love it. The bathroom was cramped with a corner curtain shower that released scalding hot water. However I think if I have a chance I would have been here again.

We had two nights in this hotel. Positive: the hotel is clean, the sauna has a nice atmosphere, the restaurant is well located. Bread choice for breakfast is great.
Negative: The beds are low quality I had a bad sleep. The rooms would be fine for a 2 or 3 star hotel but not for a 4 star. The bircher musli was too old for breakfast.
Service was in general ok, but when we asked for the sauna to be open till 8pm they promised but closed it at 7 as usual. It seems they do not care about the guests, they only want their money.
If you go to Saas-fee try another hotel, as I will do next time.
