I stay here year after year and am never disappointed. Wonderful people, perfect location, beautiful appointments, good service ... absolutely no complaints. Enjoy! P.S. I have rated the pool which is part of the Klosters sports complex nearby, not in the hotel itself.

We only stayed one night of our road trip and booked into the chalet part of the Chesa Grischuna as we had a young daughter with us and wanted something 'authentic' in the Swiss style. It did not disappoint. The chalet is 1 minute walk from the main hotel. Our room was on the ground floor. It was all wood pannelled in the Swiss style, had very comfortable beds and although the bathroom was dated it had character and was spotless. The main hotel has alot of character too.

We had dinner that evening on the outdoor terrace and it was the best meal of our entire trip. The food was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. They specially made a vegetarian risotto for my daughter and she ate all of it!

The breakfast spread was good too, lots of variety and freshly baked breads.

Fantastic hotel. Service was excellent. The rooms were fantastic. Really comfortable. Beautifully decorated with amazing bed linen etc. Very difficult to get out of bed as so comfortable. Slept brillianty.Ensuite bathroom great also.
The only negative thing I would say is the prices for Dinner. Incredibly expensive! Makes top london restaurants seem cheap!!

This is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at in Europe. My partner and I were there for a friends wedding and stayed at Chesa. The staff were amazing, Barbara and Marianne could not have been more helpful and gave us a beautiful south facing room, which was very well appointed. The terrace afforded stunning views over the countryside and it was on this terrace that I asked my partner to marry me. The food was excellent both in quality and service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a break either for skiing or walking in the wonderful countryside around.
