Tastefully decorated hotel with excellent service, wonderful staff in the incomparable Portes du Soleil. Walk out the door of the ski room to catch the shuttle bus to the gondola or eat at the nearby restaurants. Tea-time after skiing was a nice touch, as was the evening cup of tea and the free and fast WiFi. Can think of nothing to improve. Highly recommend.

Lovely warm welcome in charming hotel with good mix of modern and traditional elements. New young owners gave a great impression and we felt like family friends. Comfortable room with modern bathroom and lovely mountain views from double aspect windows. No traffic noise but close to centre of town.

We staid only one night in this hotel, but would have gladly staid longer, if our agenda would have permitted this.

Relatively recently renovated in a historical building, its interior design in a sort of romantic Swiss style (see their Web pages) which you might enticing or slightly off-putting, depending on your taste. It definitely changes from the run-of-the-mill style found in many Swiss hotel. Our room was great! Large, luminous and with a large terrace which we unfortunately had no real time to enjoy. Wireless internet worked perfectly smooth, which we appreciated since we needed to organize the next days.

Breakfast was fine with good variety and an excellent coffee. The breakfast and afternoon tea area is rather simply decorated. There is another area with comfortable sofas and a real fireplace one staircase up. Owners and staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the first minute.

In early January our family, 2 teenagers and my wife and I spend 10 days in Champery at the Hotel Beau Sejour. We had a the most wonderful time in Champery and especially in the Hotel. The service was wonderful, from suggestions on places to eat and visit to assisting us find an english speaking doctor when one of us got sick, to remembering the small details like our separate tea orders every morning without the need to ask. The new owner/managers, Sophie and Philippe bring fresh enthusiasm to the hotel. After a day of sight seeing or skiing something to look forward to is the afternoon tea with an excellent selection cakes. Champery is a picture perfect unspoiled Swiss mountain village.
