I have stayed at the Hotel Le Cedre in May 2011. I was travelling with a group (45 persons) for an weekend-tour to Geneve, Lausanne and Montreux. Bex is a small town with not much to do. Room was spacious and clean. Don't know the value, because the accomodation was included in the tour price and don't know the room's rate. Breakfast was o.k. Restaurant in closed on Saturday.

Stayed in this charming Minhotel in the heart of Bex. The staff was great! The breakfast in the morning was an added plus. Ate in the restaurant 2 nights and the meals were amazing. A very Clean and quiet hotel.

Architecturally odd looking hotel looks like a 70's building with a higgledy piggledy inside, actually built in the 90's. Rooms are spacious clean and quiet. No trouser press. Internet is Swisscom WIFI 4 CHF an hour if you have a swiss mobile phone 15 CHF for 3 hours credit card. Check in staff helpful and nice. Restaurant expensive nothing special and they took 50 mins to prepare soup and beef tartare. Another night they had a coach party and ran out of pasta which shows how it must be pre prepared, I would have though they could have cooked a portion. For a far better meal turn left out of hotel walk 200m to Hotel De Ville great business menu 35CHF shut Mondays
