I arrived here and check in was adequate. Went to one bar where service was inattentive to the point where I had to get up to settle the bill. The second bar was OK. They call themselves "Europe's leading wellness and medical health resort". It's a joke. In the room there is a menu of extensive treatments and many, many types of massage. I tried to book one and it wasn't available over two days. In the end i said since nothing seems to be available could you nominate ANYTHING that is available. All they have is Swedish massage which you can get at any two bit three star hotel. This place is not worth the time or money if you are interested in coming for a weekend and trying things when you get here. In typical swiss style they'd likely retort with the idea that you should had decided what you want to do a month in advance. It's nonsense though that over two days at a hotel that dubs itself as Europe's leading wellness resort that you can't get anything other than a Swedish massage. Do not come here. Total waste. You'll just be sitting around a retirement village place with nothing to do since everything is unavailable.

With no doubt this one of the best resorts in Switzerland if not the best, We stayed 3 days and two nights at Grand Hotel Quellenhof & Spa Suites our units was Spa Lofts which was just refurnished
The service here is a top class every small details was taking care of from my home town local news paper to the major attraction in the resort which was the spa, and since we visited the resort duding the days of month of Ramadan there was an extended working period for the Helenabath and Fitness facilities from 9 PM to 6 AM
My kids age 12 – 6 – 2 enjoyed a memorial times with Kinder Villa, while me and my wife enjoy the spa
Food in the resort is no problem with 5 different restaurant like Olives d’Or serving Mediterranean cuisine which we like it
Next time when we come back we will defiantly stay more than 4 days, since the surrounding area is heaven on earth
Few places need to be visited while you are there Heidiland Village in near by Mainfeld village, our a visit to the near by Liechtenstein, Even we enjoyed shopping in Alpenrhein Village 10 mints from the resort, or just a walk in Bad Ragaz

Surely this hotel complex which also includes the Hof Ragaz must be one of the most fabulous resorts in the world. I give full five-star ratings to all the above six criteria because there simply is nothing to complain about - if you want real luxury and are prepared to pay for it, this is the place. We stayed at the new "Spa lofts" which leave nothing to be desired, once you have mastered the rather complicated lighting system. Spa treatment superb, food as well. If you do not want to eat the rather rich food at the "Bel Air" restaurant, there are several other restaurants within the "Grand Resort" and outside, i.e. in the Bad Ragaz village. Lovely countryside with two golf courses and some of Switzerland's best vineyards (do try the local red wine from Fläsch village). If you wish the spa treatment, try the "Vino Therapy", a real treat, but massages are excellent as well. In both piano bars, the pianists are excellent. We would definitely like to return to this resort but would probably choose a slightly cheaper accommodation, e.g. at Hof Ragaz, linked to the Quellenhof. Some of Switzerland's most famous ski resorts are very easily reached, either in your own car or by public transport. So is the Lake Constance but avoid the German side (Lindau) because of terrible traffic congestion. Bregenz (Austria) is okay.

I had a fantastic spa holiday in this "over the top" wellness and treatment hotel in Switzerland.
We had a 3private car service from Zurich main airport in 50 min., arrived late at 11:00 p.m.
Certainly the hotel complex was quite in this late hours but the reception gave us a personalized welcome service. We were accommodate in the traditional main building and we enjoyed the carful attention of the staff. They registered our preferred newspapers and any wish had been fulfilled. Very good laundry service, excellent breakfast and certainly no limit of spas and pools with high quality treatment service.
Soft towels to pick up everywhere, free juice drinks and fruit baskets on the corridors, lot of international newspapers and social program with get together welcome piano evening for new arrivals...
The reception gave us a nice DVD and we enjoyed home all the outdoor program in summer. Tracings, nordic walking, sport facilities... so we wish to come back again.
In a 10 min. walk you reach the rail station and you get in 1 h 15 min to Zurich in a very comfortable way.
The friendly old town is a 5 min. walk from the hotel.
