very clean hotel, spoken English by reception ladies can be improved, however they are friendly and very polite-some small issue with door -solved fast; breakfast good and fresh. definitely i would choose same hotel to stay during next trip in area

The design of the hotel is very stylish. I have never seen anything similar. If you prefer to cook by yourself instead of visiting restaurants, there is a well equipped kitchenette in the room. Complimentary minibar contains some mineral water and a beer. The location is convenient for visiting both Dusseldorf and Cologne, just several minutes by car.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It's a modern and quit hotel with all comfort. Special furnitured! Very funny will be the open bathroom with a douche cabin in full glass who has been placed central in the room. Also amazing, the minibar will be free of charge.

Breakfast is absolute good, a big choice of daily fresh products and more then enough available. Even five minutes before 10 AM, the buffet will be filled. Hotel staff and is very kind and professional. Excellent service and changing of towels every day (without dropping them on the floor). Also minibar will be refilled every day.
Hotel has a large car park, free of charge. The hotel will also have special offers for a room & free park when booking for a flight (the airport of Düsseldorf will be at 10 minutes). Reason for always a lot of cars are parked on the parking.
The hotel is situated in an industrial zone (with office buildings) and the town center of Düsseldorf will be about 15 km. Of course there is also a bus stop close to the hotel.
Ratingen itself is a village with some pretty restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel.

I stayed in the hotel in July 2011 for 4 nights. Its location is ideal for business trips and is close to the to Dusseldrof Airport. Short 5 min taxi takes you from the Airport to the Hotel. It is not suited for family or couple vacations as it based in a business industrial estate, with the cloest amenity being McDonalds and Burger King restaurants a few minutes walk away. It takes approx a 10 min taxi to Ratingen town or a bus journey to Dusseldorf. The hotel is clean, spacious rooms with all your requirements, friendly staff and good food on offer for breakfast and evening meals.
