We found a special deal in the internet which was much better than any other hotel in town with no or expensive parking plus breakfast was included. Although not situated in the center it was only minutes away by car. Staff was friendly, rooms were quiet and adequate.
Could not have gotten a better deal.

Stayed for two overnight stops on a coach tour to Berlin organised by Diamond Holidays (South Wales). Our first night, which also saw two other Diamond coaches arrive, was shambolic as there seemingly, was only the rececptionist on duty who doubled up as bar attendant. The draught beer ran out, she was overwhelmed by the number of customers whilst there was no change readily available at the bar!! My bedroom was quite adequate but the breakfast was basic and abyssmal, just basic salami, cheese and jam, no fresh fruit salad, no fruit juice , and as far as I could see, no cerials
This was a very poor so-called 3-star business-type hotel, only stay here if you have to!!

We held a member conference at the hotel and then spent the night before catching a flight next morning. The business bedroom was spacious and well equipped (even with trouser press!). We had 30+ people at the conference room sitting comfortably. The restaurant came up with lovely snacks after we ended our conference at 10pm. I could see that the hotel was well run and definitely a good business hotel.

This was a one night stop over on our way to the Black Forest. We did not arrive until 10.45pm and the Restaurant closed at 10.00pm, but according to the information in the bedroom the Bar stayed open until 12.30am and snacks were available until midnight. We asked at reception for directions to the bar only to be told that it also was closed. We asked if we could get a cup of tea or coffee and were told "no", we eventually talked the receptionist into getting a small beer and a small glass of wine from the bar for which I was charged nearly £8. So we went to bed hungry.
On our return trip we arrived at 3.30pm but the Restaurant was still closed even though there were three coaches of passengers staying overnight. The bar was also closed, so the only way to get a drink was to cross a rather busy main road and use the coffee machine in a Service Station. The rooms were comfortable, but if you want any food or drink go some place else because this hotel is in an industrial area.
