This was an okay hotel. The room (#11) was okay. It was clean, a bit small but not so bad, and the bathroom was small but workable. We were a bit surprised to find the toilet seat not attached to the toilet (it was on the luggage stand for some reason) but it was simple enough to install properly onto the toilet. The shower seemed smallish but good water pressure. Free parking in the hotel's courtyard was nice. Breakfast was good with a decent buffet. Coffee seemed a bit weak but it was okay. This was our first visit to Lemgo (as we're kinda running out of "new" places to stay/see in Germany). It was really just a base to explore the region. We stopped in Warburg and Hoxter on our drive to Lemgo. Hoxter has more charm and is on the Weser River. That would have been a nicer village to stay, I think. If I were to return to Lemgo I'd look for something a bit closer to the rathaus and main square. Having said that, we bicycled so the distance (only about 4 blocks) wasn't a problem.
